In a throttle nozzle of a traditional design, the opening of the throttle
damper is determined by the angle of the accelerator pedal.

In contrast, the ETCS + i system uses an engine control unit, which, based on traffic conditions, calculates the optimal throttle position and changes it by controlling the drive motor.

On the single-chamber throttle nozzle, in addition to the usual function of non-linear control of the throttle position, tasks are assigned to control idle speed and to execute anti-slip system commands, including the function of maintaining directional stability.

Excellent driving stability and comfort are achieved through control integrated with the transmission control and directional stability of the car by interacting with ECT and VSC systems.

Two microprocessors, one for ETCS + i and the other for fuel injection control,
control each other, ensuring high system reliability.

A similar “double” system is designed so that the car can continue
movement when faults occur, which ensures its reliability.
